Our recruitment, process and assignment of all candidates to customer work sites depends on the qualifications they have applied for the post.  Our human resource pool and hiring practices as well as promotions, compensation, benefits, discipline termination and other labour oriented decisions are based on Saipra’s norms.

As per our recruitment Policy it is mandatory that candidate should successfully complete the following tests: Physical, qualification, and Professional.

Then they will have to go a basic traming as well as in specialized areas to the clients requirements.

Recruitment and Training

In all circumstances, we, at SAIPRA understand the needs of the client.  So, in order to ensure and enhance quality service, we follow strict recruitment policy based on the parameters of test and training.

                   - Physical Test
                   - Qualification Test
                   - Professional Test  

Those candidates who come out successfully in Test would then undergo basic training as well as a specialized training phase in the concerned area according to the client’s requirement.  Posting order for deployment will be issued only after the test and training parameters.

Welfare

The staff and all workforce belonged to SAIPRA are covered under the statutory norms of the PF and ESI to ensure the prescribed benefits that are dues to them.  In addition to this they are provided with one month paid leave plus bonus every year.
