Our recruitment process involves
assignment of right candidate to customers work sites depending upon the qualification
and the post applied. Our human resource pool and hiring practice as well as promotion,
compensation, benefits, discipline & termination and other labour oriented decisions are based on Saipra’s norms.
As per our recruitment policy
it is mandatory that eah candidate should successfully complete the following tests
: Physical,
Qualification.
In addition to this they have
to undergo basic training in first aid
and fire fighting as well as specialised
areas as per the clients requirements.
Recruitment and Training

Those candidates who come out successfully in Test would then undergo basic training as well as a specialized training phase in the concerned area according to the client’s requirement. Posting order for deployment will be issued only after the test and training parameters.
